Our programs are organized into three service tiers:
Tier 1: Career Support, Certifications, and Community Support
This tier is designed to support students and healthcare workers beyond the classroom by helping them build professional confidence, meet basic certification needs, and connect with others.
RESUME BUILDING
Professional resume support for students and healthcare workers preparing to apply for entry-level or advancement opportunities. Support may include resume formatting, healthcare wording, skills descriptions, and interview-readiness guidance.
AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
Basic Life Support training for healthcare providers and students who need CPR and emergency response certification through the American Heart Association.
Livescan
Level II fingerprinting is mandatory for CNA certification and employment
Tier 2: Exam Prep, Skills Refreshers & Open Lab
This tier is designed to support students and healthcare workers beyond the classroom by helping them build professional confidence, meet basic certification needs, and connect with others.
CNA BOOTCAMP
A focused review program for individuals preparing for the CNA exam or needing a refresher in nursing assistant skills. This bootcamp may include skills review, written test preparation, practice scenarios, and confidence-building support.
LPN NCLEX BOOTCAMP
A structured review program for practical nursing graduates preparing for the NCLEX-PN. This bootcamp focuses on test-taking strategies, priority-setting, safety, clinical judgment, and major nursing content areas.
RN NCLEX BOOTCAMP
A focused NCLEX-RN preparation program for nursing graduates who need additional review and testing support. This program emphasizes clinical judgment, prioritization, delegation, safety, and exam readiness.
OPEN LAB
Open lab time gives students and healthcare learners the opportunity to practice hands-on skills in a supportive setting. This may include vital signs, infection control, transfers, personal care skills, documentation practice, and other essential clinical skills.
MEDICATION TECHNICIAN
This focused training is designed for caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, assisted living staff, and direct care workers who need to understand safe medication assistance practices within their allowed role. Training may include medication safety, reading medication labels, documentation, observing for concerns, infection control, resident rights, reporting responsibilities, and understanding what unlicensed staff may and may not do.
Tier 3: Healthcare Career Training
This tier is designed for individuals who are ready to begin formal healthcare career training or expand into a new healthcare role.
NURSING ASSISTANT
A career-entry training program designed to prepare students for work as nursing assistants in long-term care, rehabilitation, home care, and other healthcare settings. Students learn foundational patient care, safety, infection control, communication, and basic nursing skills.
PATIENT CARE TECHNITIAN
PROGRAM COMING SOON
A program designed for students who want to expand their healthcare skills beyond the nursing assistant role. Training may include advanced patient care skills, phlebotomy, EKG basics, vital signs, patient safety, and clinical support responsibilities.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
PROGRAM COMING SOON
An emergency medical training pathway for individuals interested in pre-hospital care, emergency response, and patient stabilization. This program is intended for students who want to serve in fast-paced emergency care environments.

The Prometric Challenge Exam allows qualified individuals with previous healthcare training or experience to earn Florida CNA certification without completing a traditional CNA program.
