Meet Our Founder
Autumn Minzie, MSN Candidate, RN, is the founder of Dignity First FL LLC, dba Golden Reef Medical Training Center. She established the training center with a heart for education, mentorship, and community growth.
Autumn began her healthcare journey in 2010 when she became certified as a Nurse Aide. Two years later, she advanced her career by becoming a Licensed Practice Nurse. In 2024, she became a Registered Nurse and is currently enrolled at Walden University as an MSN candidate with a focus in Nurse Education.
With firsthand experience growing through different levels of the nursing profession, Autumn understands how life-changing the right training, guidance, and support can be. Her passion is helping learners build confidence, develop practical skills, and prepare for opportunities that can lead to personal and professional advancement.
Golden Reef Medical Training Center reflects her commitment to creating a welcoming, high-standard learning environment where individuals feel supported, encouraged, and prepared to serve their communities with professionalism, purpose, and evidence-based practice.
A Message from our Founder
"I started out as a CNA and struggled to find my pathway. As the first nurse in my family, I did not have much guidance when I began, so I understand how important mentorship and support can be. Becoming a nurse truly changed my life, and I hope to open doors to education for people in my community who may not have had someone to guide them in the right direction. My goal is to provide a stepping stone for future nurses and help strengthen our profession by holding my students to high standards they can carry with them into practice."
